A manufacturing company in Boulder is looking for an Collections Specialist to join their team!
Duties and Responsibilities of the Collections Specialist include:
-B2B collections
-Cash and payment application
-Research customer accounts
-Credit/Debit memos
Skills and Experience required for the Collections Specialist:
-Strong understanding of the A/R Process
-3-5 years experience in Collections
-Experience and understanding of EDI
-Proficient in MS Excel and other Office Suite applications
-Experience with larger accounting software systems such as Sage or Peachtree
-Manufacturing experience is a plus
-Ability to work within a team and wear multiple hats
-Flexible and team oriented mindset
Other information for the Collections Specialist:
- Work hours for the Collections Specialist are M-F, 8-5pm
- Casual and fun work environment
