We understand how small, independent schools struggle with limited resources and funds. That's why we provide an affordable software that supports administrators and teachers in executing their day-to-day tasks such as re-enrollment, registering students for courses, grading homework and much more. About You:
You are someone who enjoys technology, problem solving, out-of-the-box thinking, and working with people. You are friendly, patient and outgoing. You learn quickly and are self-motivated and you're always up for a challenge.
Job Summary:
One of the most important facets of our company is our support team. With a growing
client-base, it's important that every client's needs are met and their issues
are heard. Our CSRs help our clients become successful with BigSIS through
web-based trainings with Zoom, support calls, and answering support tickets.
They also help build our knowledge-base by creating easy-to-understand help
documentation and training videos.
Responsibilities:
BigSIS is BIG and there's a lot to learn so your first responsibility is to learn how
BigSIS works. You'll then be responsible for training clients how to use the
system as well as responding to support tickets and phone calls from our
clients. Don't worry, we'll help you get your footing first. Other tasks
include building up our knowledge-base. Our knowledge-base is growing and
you'll be a part of its growth by contributing help articles and videos to the
help library. You'll also be responsible for assisting development with QA testing,
and notifying them of any areas for improvement in the system, or system bugs.
Lastly, you'll be helping with importing client data into BigSIS which you'll
be trained how to do.
