Seeking a friendly Longmont resident to be on-call to assist customers at two busy laundromats. These laundromats mostly run themselves, but occasionally customers run into problems that require assistance. When that happens, they would call you (the call would be forwarded to your personal cell phone). Most of the time issues can be handled over the phone, but sometimes you would need to drop what you're doing to resolve the issue at the store. You could expect to receive 20-30 calls a month and maybe 5-10 would require that you go to the store. Some customer service calls would be simple, refunding money and marking equipment out of order. However, others may require you to open a drain to resolve a clog, mop up a spill or unclog a toilet. The stores are open from 6am to 10pm. You would not be expected to be available 100% of the time, but living close and having general availability is a requirement of the job, as is having reliable transportation.
