Plan and direct resource schedules as well as project budgets. Monitor the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on technical matters. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the product/program/project on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Ability to influence thinking or gain acceptance of others in sensitive situations is important. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development and product management. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area preferred. Our applications provide project and portfolio management, Schedule Management, contract management, resource management, and risk management solutions used by large world leading companies in Construction and Heavy Engineering space.Brief Posting Description We are seeking a Director Development Operations, responsible for leading a team of program managers (PMO) responsible for releasing world class software solutions. This role is also responsible for the operation of key internal development systems by leading a team of IT administrators. This role will work extensively work with Senior Management, Product Strategy, Cloud Engineering, DevOps teams and external stakeholders to lead the Development Organizations / PMO organization .Role Expectations Lead Software Development PMO/Includes/:

Manage team of program managers ensuring successful release of SaaS software

Compliance with Oracle release management standards and associated management reporting

Help shape future direction and scope of PMO activities

Assist with financial reporting, capacity planning, and cost control/management reporting

Oversee internal environment and operations/Includes/:

Ensure compliance with Source control standards and server administration

Maintenance and administration of internal environments to support operations (e.g., test servers, project management tools)

Act as Liason for CEGBU Development to other Oracle IT and Operation Organizations

Manage any data center migrations
