Job DescriptionCustomer service/sales support, responsible for outbound calls providing prospectors with quality leads that can in-turn be converted to accounts. Contact by telephone businesses that have received a mailer or requested a catalog. Achieve at least 100% of individual quality leads every month. Use telephone skills, computer ability, and positive attitude in a professional manner. Accurately track dials and leads to assure that are staying on task. Become familiar with company products and be able to generally describe them to prospective customers.
