Zolo has brought the fiery flavors and warm hospitality of Colorado to Boulder since 1994. From day one, our mission has been to treat our guests to flavorful and soulful food in a place that feels like home.
Our Dishwashers are the backbone of our award-winning restaurants; responsible for keeping the dish station clean, organized and running like clockwork; in addition to other heart of house duties (food prep, stocking, trash & recycling, safety, cleaning) and assisting the Chefs and the HOH team. Our kitchen crew is paramount to providing a remarkable guest experience and creating a positive team environment throughout the restaurant. Candidates should be hard-working, adaptable and comfortable in a high volume kitchen. We’d love to hear from you if you are interested in working within a fun, fast paced environment and growing with our team.
Here’s the Skinny:
Full-Time (full-availability: Monday thru Friday, 10am to 3pm)
Team Service Tip Pool Model (we share tips among all hourly employees!)
Estimated hourly wage $18-$22 per hour (with opportunity to earn more!)
FoodHandler Certification (we’ll provide training!)
