Arcana is a Colorado heritage restaurant featuring locally sourced ingredients prepared with honesty and integrity in an upscale casual setting. Arcana is driven by a fun, warm-spirited culture around food, drink and hospitality. We take pride in our clean open kitchen. Candidates are encouraged (but not required) to have 1 year experience in upscale cuisine and have a passion for working with top quality product and taking pride in your food. Arcana is a fantastic venue to broaden horizons under the culinary direction of Chef Samuel McCandless - bringing with him several years of 3-Michelin kitchen experience in his career and here in town at Frasca Food and Wine.
