Community Food Share is looking for a Driver/Warehouse associate to join our Operations team! World class customer service skills are required. Our drivers interact daily with donors and volunteers picking up food rescues and delivering to our partner agencies.
The Driver/Warehouse Associate is an essential member of the Operations team. Drivers are assigned regular routes and client donors to visit on a daily basis. Each driver is responsible for ensuring that their client donors receive consistently excellent customer service and respectful feedback. In the warehouse, Associates assist with all duties required to maintain the warehouse physical plant, and manage and control inventory. The Driver/Warehouse Associate is the most important point of contact for many of our donors. The Driver/Warehouse Associate must have open availability from 7am to 5pm during the work week to perform the duties of this position and be able to attend all necessary meetings and events. A typical work week is 40 hours, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with a 30 minute lunch and breaks.

Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
One to three years related driving and/or warehouse experience and/or training.
Box truck (24 ft. with lift gate) driving experience preferred.
Experience in the food/produce handling business preferred.
Valid Colorado Drivers license, a good driving record and acceptable MVR.
Forklift, power assisted pallet jack other power assisted heavy equipment experience preferred.
Personable.
Flexible and adaptable.
Attentive to detail.
