Blackbelly market is looking for a host for our already fantastic team.
If you have not had a chance to check out Blackbelly market, here is some information to enlighten you to our program:
- Nose-to-tail butchering program in house with a focus on full utilization of all product, a lack of waste, and an appreciation for the animals we have the pleasure of serving.
- House cured and fermented charcuterie. The first in Boulder
- A chef driven kitchen with the breadth of knowledge to stretch and challenge not only our staff, but the clientele.
- A seasonal cocktail list derived with the same passion as our kitchen.
- An eclectic, ever changing wine and beer list with a passion for the little guy, biodynamics, organics, and locality.
- A close relationship with our farmers, ranchers, and all local purveyors.
- Involvement in our community, and responsibility to maintain its high standards
- Executive chef/Owner Hosea Rosenberg. Local celebrity. Top Chef Season 5 Champion, and all around good guy.
What we are looking for in a host:
- A strong desire to work hard, continuously learn, and adapt to a constantly evolving menu and environment
- A strong ability to work within a team environment, give and receive criticism, and become a strong team advocate
- The ability to multi-task, prioritize and perform at a high level while maintaining elevated service standards.
- A willingness to give insight to a team that is desiring to always grow and learn
- A desire to treat our guests like you would guests in your own home, you are their contact and their agent! Treat them like family!
Applicants must be able to work nights and weekends. Fine dining and Open Table experience is a plus but not a requirement.
