Three Leaf Catering is looking for professional, experienced off-site catering coordinator. We are a local restaurant group with an expanding catering division searching for leaders who want to be a part of a fun, motivated team! This is a full time position with full time weekend availability required.
Three Leaf Concepts is comprised of The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse, Leaf Vegetarian, The Huckleberry, Zucca, and the Chautauqua Dining Hall. We also operate Three Leaf Farm, from which we source foods to our restaurants.

Responsibilities:
- Be available to assist in the delivery & execution for caterings as well as all day-to-day operations of Three Leaf Catering & all off-site catering facilities.
- Respond to all initial inquiries received via email or phone
- Build strong Client relationships by customizing menus based on their vision, needs & budget communication is key
- Coordinating all rentals, staffing, timeline, transportation, etc for each event & executing properly
- As you will be working closely with all of our restaurants, you must also build strong relationships with the chefs and managers at each location
- Catering coordinators must understand restaurant operations and be committed to customer service.
- Because the job requires the supervision of employees, strong managerial skills are vital.
- Catering coordinators must often recruit, hire, and oversee all delivery drivers, event servers, and other employees
- Networking and good financial management skills are crucial for a catering coordinator
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in the food service/hospitality industry
Customer service focused & solution oriented
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule based on events and delivery schedules
TIPS certification is required.
Minimum of 45 hours per week required split between office time and event time.
