Cold-Pressed Juice & Coffee Shop
Wonder Press is a 100% organic cold-pressed juice & coffee shop located in downtown Boulder.
We are looking hire and train an additional full-time team member.
Necessary Skill sets:
Communication
Attention to detail - noticing when things need attending to. Trash full? Tables dirty?
Friendly, can-do attitude
A love of productivity, multi-tasking, checking things off of lists, working with your hands, brightening customers day, and working on a team.
You must have full availability (nights, mornings, weekends, etc) We have morning shifts (6:30am-1pm), mid shifts (9-5pm) and evening shifts (1-7:30pm).
Pay = $15-$18/hr (with tips included)
Work includes:
Learning to stock our kitchen & walk-in
Washing dishes and bottles
Making smoothies and toast
Overall maintenance of a clean and organized kitchen

New employees begin by learning our Kitchen Support and Smoothie roles. These shifts include helping to stock and clean the smoothie and toast stations, organizing the walk-in, cleaning the kitchen, washing bottles and dishes, and learning to make smoothies and toast.
Next and when needed, if a team member is interested, they can learn our Register position. The Register position takes peoples orders and serves people juice. In order to work this position, team members must learn our menu and understand our company in order to answer the myriad of questions we receive from customers. Team members must also come in on their own time to train and receive coaching on nutrition, guest service, etc. In order to work the register you must be willing to provide world-class guest service. This means being friendly, helpful, kind and efficient.
Once a team member is familiar with the Register position, they can receive training as a Barista (if interested). This is a very fun and useful skill set to acquire but also requires an ongoing commitment to train after hours.
