Corrida Restaurant is looking for a Sous Chef.
Sous Chef duties:
- Managing the kitchen in the chef's absence.
- Writing the schedule.
- Inventory
- Running the line and floating when needed, as well as occasionally working a station.
The sous chef will also be involved in the creative process creating new dishes and sourcing new ingredients.
