Corrida, a Spanish restaurant and steakhouse in Boulder, CO is hiring nighttime line cooks.
Line cooks work 4 - 10hr days with three days off per week. The right person is someone who likes a fast pace environment with a great attention to detail.
We are looking for:
Garde Mange/Pantry cooks
Meat cooks (wood fired grill and upright steak broiler), work with A5 wagyu and dry aged steaks. Meat cutting experience is preferred but not required.
Sauté cooks
Pastry cooks
