Fresh Thymes Eatery is a fast-paced casual restaurant in Boulder, Colorado specializing in farm-to-table, holistic, organic, ingredient-conscious food with no hidden ingredients. We are also known to have a culture of loyal, long term, awesome employees - both in the Front of House and Back of House. We have many plans for growth, most recently starting our own farm in Longmont.
We are a scratch kitchen. We make our own Worcestershire sauce for our Caesar dressing, culture our own ketchup, mustard, Sriracha and ferment our own kimchi and pickles, as well as crafting our signature bone broth with bones sourced from local ranches. We are also an entirely non-GMO restaurant.
We are seeking fresh faces to join our Front of House team. Ideal candidates are passionate about fresh, wholesome, scratch-made food, dedicated to customer service and eager to learn. Bonus points if you love (and love to talk about) natural wines!
We have full and part time positions available. We offer generous shift meals, flexible scheduling and access to a direct primary care benefit through Nextera Health. Oh, and we're closed on Sundays!
