Job Description

Fringe Pizza is now hiring Pizza Makers, Cashiers & Shift Leads! Fringe is a chef-driven traditional Neapolitan style pizza concept located in Gunbarrel, CO, looking for multiple candidates to fill out our kitchen needs with open availability, including weekends, in our humble kitchen.

Part-time & Full-time shift availability of 25 hours or more, days, evenings and weekend shifts. The restaurant will be open 7 days a week 11 AM - 9 PM. Projected shifts will be 10:30 AM - 3 PM & 5 PM - 9 PM tentatively with cross training and space for change depending on the position. Wage is $11.00 per hour plus tips for Cashier, $12 per hour plus tips for Pizza Maker and $13 per hour plus tips for Shift Lead.

Qualities and Experience:

Culinary background preferred, but we will train the right fit (not required for cashier position, but is definitely a plus and highly sought after in that regard)

Previous experience in a pizza kitchen a plus, but not required

Positive attitude (hospitality industry standards a must for all staff including Cashier)

Help maintain a clean & organized service environment in our kitchen, with great attention to detail

Works well unsupervised but is willing to learn and observe

Team Player

Excellent verbal communications skills

Excellent listening skills

Enjoys serving people

Able to retain information and implement during shift work

Pleasant, polite and respectful towards team members & all guests

Must be able to multi-task and take directions happily

Passion for quality ingredients & prideful of local 'from scratch' menu craft

Follow all health, safety and sanitation guidelines

Interested in growing with the concept as we expand

Responsibilities will include:

For Shift Lead & Line Cooks

Preparing vegetables, sliced salumi, sauces & other ingredients in house for service

Dough production, ball rolling assistance

Hand stretching, topping & preparing pizza for baking

Minor stocking & cleaning as the shift progresses

Quality control

Reports to GM/Kitchen Manager for direction and service consistency

Shift lead helps direct on site staff as per GM insight; fulfills closing duties when required; til, count, drop, etc.

Cashier Position

Connects with customers & our local residents

Have a customer first attitude when taking phone, counter and in house orders

Prepare guest's order for expo

Quality control

Receive payments and present change to customers

Pack food items & Beverages

Minor stocking & cleaning as the shift progresses

Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations

Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period

Reports to Shift Lead/GM for direction and service consistency
