The Boulder Adventure Lodge is looking for a rockstar Front Desk Agent.
We are a boutique hotel in Boulder Canyon that is focusing on Boulders amazing adventure sports lifestyle. We are a fun and dynamic company that puts an emphasis on sharing our passion for the outdoors with our guests, and contributing in a positive way to our community.
Applicants must have a great attitude, tireless work ethic, and passion for the hospitality industry. Experience in hotels or restaurants is preferable. Passion for outdoor adventure is a plus!
General Responsibilities:
Greets, acknowledges, and welcomes all arriving guests with warmth and a smile. Uses judgement to ensure all guests are satisfied, and checks for reservation accuracy and payment information.
Helps out with guests whenever there is a need; luggage assistance, driving/walking directions, recommendations for restaurants and activities, and explaining hotel amenities.
Front Desk Agents are responsible for helping with laundry and general cleaning.
Multi-tasking is essential! There will be many incoming phone calls, guest interactions, cash handling, reservation inquiries, and movement around the property.
We believe in a operational style where there is no such thing as thats not my job. Were making changes to the property and our business daily, so we are looking for people who are flexible and excited to take on new challenges. Being flexible to work weekends is essential.
