The Kitchen Restaurant Group is seeking an HR Director to join the team!
The Human Resource Director is responsible for overseeing all administration and evaluation of the Human Resource function for The Kitchen Restaurant Group (TKRG). The position requires knowledge of federal, state and local regulations relating to HR, Payroll, and Benefit Administration. This person will be responsible for the success of the HR Department, managing all functions including but not limited to Payroll, Benefits, Employee Relations, Recruiting, Leave Administration, Legal Compliance, Talent Management and Policy Management.
