Verde in Louisville is looking for a full time, salaried, kitchen manager/head chef. We are a fast-paced, Sonoran style, mexican restaurant located on Louisville's Main street. We specialize in unique tacos, hefty burritos, and smooth sipping margaritas.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years experience in a kitchen managerial position
2. Valid Servsafe Certification
3. Open availability (45-60 hours/week)
4. Demonstrate excellence in leadership, problem solving, and creativity
5. Eager, proactive, "take the reigns" personality
6. Bilingualism in Spanish and English prefered, but not required
Responsibilities:
1. Food quality oversight
2. Scheduling/staffing
3. Militant sanitation practice
4. Product ordering
5. Cost management
