We are looking for an experienced line cook possibly Sous Chef to join our team. The perfect candidate will be passionate about great food and have a diverse culinary background with 2-3 years of extensive line and plating experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant. You should have strong saute, broiler, expo, prep skills, and understand proper kitchen equipment use and upkeep. Any additional banquet experience would also be helpful. The Greenbriar Inn is celebrating 52 years as a fine dining restaurant and is located on 20 acres just 6 miles north of Boulder on Hwy 36. If you would like to cook in a scratch kitchen, pick your own herbs and produce from our seasonal 7000 sq ft natural gardens please apply with us!
