Line Cook, Works directly with Sous Chef and Chef to hold kitchen to standards set, comes up with specials. proficient with all stations, Grill, Saute, Pantry, knife skills, . Multitasking team player that is good with people. Saute and grill experience a plus.
Dishwasher: has some knife skills able to read recipes, follow direction, clean and organize
