Seeds Library Cafe is looking for a driven and talented culinary mind that is looking to break the mold. We are a small cafe that specializes in serving great coffee/tea, Colorado pre packaged goodies and a menu that is only sourced from Farmers and ranchers that we can know by name. Over 95% of our menu is sourced from Colorado NO MATTER what time of year so we really get a feel and taste for Colorado's terroir. If you love food but also enjoy people and would like to grow in the fields of customer service and coffee/tea while still being able to create great flavors with the best ingredients please drop us a line. We are driven to give great, delicious, mindful food to ALL people in our community not just the richest few. We also do occasional pop-up dinners and catering events with the drive to do more.
We are looking for a person that is food focused in their life and is quick with their knife work and who can be a superstar with the guests. We bounce with what the seasons give us so you being able to create dishes is highly encouraged. The position will begin as a part time with the possibility to become full time in the next few months if so desired. Between hourly pay and tips the wage will be between $16/hr and $20/hr and the hours will primarily be between 5am and 1pm.
