Family owned and Voted Best New Restaurant in East Boulder County, is looking for, Lead Line Cooks, ready to help create some great food, continue to elevate the food of LPH and work on your craft. Laid back Multitasking, leads by example and takes direction.
Able to work all stations, Grill, pantry. Able to follow direction, recipes, help lead the kitchen and prep cooks in the morning, follow recipes, create specials. Will lead brunch on the Saturday and Sunday able to cook all eggs, create specials. Works along side Chef and Sous Chef, we are a teaching kitchen whom ever comes in will be groomed, and trained to take the next step.
Lead Pm Line Cook works close with Sous Chef and Chef to hold standards set in kitchen, Proficient at all stations Grill, Saute, Pantry. laid back able to multitask, good with people. Rockstar on the grill a plus.
