Japango is looking for a prep cook/ sushi helper w/ potential advancement for Sushi apprentice position.
1-2 years as prep cook, line cook or sushi helper in a professional kitchen required.
Applicant must have excellent knife skills, a drive to learn while exhibiting a dedicated patience.
This position requires great attn to detail, sense of pride and respect for the art.
This can be a Full Time or Part Time position, though if desire is to become a sushi apprentice you must have full availability at that time.
