We are a growing restaurant group and looking for experienced kitchen professionals who have passion for food, can teach and/or train other cooks, and create new dishes and specials. We are currently looking for line cooks for Community restaurant in Lafayette and for our second restaurant Birdhouse, in Erie.
We work with local farms and ranchers so our menus change regularly, and our team is expected to keep up with the changes. We are looking for team players who work well with others, work well in a fast paced environment, but still like to have fun and enjoy coming to work every day. We are looking for individuals who are easily adaptable and who are able to work long hours, as well as nights and weekends. Prior kitchen experience is required.
Our team is a close-knit group who works well together even in moments of high volume and stress. Clear communication, patience and dedication are key traits for our staff.
