Dry Storage is a soon-to-open daytime cafe, mill, and retail space located in East Boulder, the newest project from Chef Kelly Whitaker and IE Hospitality. The retail concept is unique: we will put heirloom flour into the hands of the Colorado community alongside artisanal chocolate from local purveyors, Fortuna. We will also offer a day time food and beverage menu, focusing on grain specialties and globally-influenced coffee drinks. We are the sister space to BASTA, a wood-fire eatery next door.
We are looking for a coffee professional with advanced barista skills who shares our guest-oriented hospitality philosophy. This person has a creative mind regarding specialty drinks, the ability to train staff prior to opening, and works well with a team.
Our beverage program at Dry Storage will also include draft beer, cider, and cocktails, as well as a small wine program. This position will work closely with the chefs and beverage team at BASTA on menu development, as well as train the incoming Dry Storage staff on coffee and service.
