The following are guidelines for consideration:
Minimum 1 year of AGM/management/supervisory duty in a restaurant setting
Minimum 2 years of Serving/Bartending experience in a leadership role
Extensive Wine, Beer, Spirits, Cocktail KNOWLEDGE
Extensive Food KNOWLEDGE - service, preparation, regional and international cuisines, food and beverage pairing
PASSION for the delivery of service to others
LEADERSHIP skills that will be evident upon first impressions
AFFINITY for P&L, financial reporting, costing, marketing, and HR responsibilities - with emphasis on hiring and team-building
