We are currently searching for a part-time position in an Integrative Health Care Clinic. If you're dedicated, ambitious, and enjoy working with people, this is an excellent place to grow your career- and your health! Experience is a plus but this is a will-train position. Don't hesitate to apply
Responsibilities
-Welcoming/greeting patients
-Taking payments, scheduling appointments face to face, and by phone
-Participating in team training and ongoing growth and development training
-Working with patients directly- helping with patient flow as well as explaining treatment protocols and recommendations
-Record patient data and keep detailed records of every appointment
-Billing/record keeping
-Keeping the office tidy
-Cross-training with other responsibilities
-Engage in creating a positive, inviting atmosphere
-Must be willing to evolve with the needs of the clinic
-Must be comfortable speaking in front of a crowd
-Maintain a professional and polished appearance
Qualifications
-Excellent interpersonal skills are essential in order to build relationships with patients and team
-Teachable personality
-Superior time management skills and the ability to prioritize duties
-Ability to empathize with patients who are ill or hurting and a strong desire to help improve their quality of life
-Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team
-Must be outgoing and high energy
-Experience with marketing and social media for marketing purposes
-Timely and flexible with hours
-Must be a hard worker
-May be required to attend training conferences
-May be required to attend local health fairs
-Must be able to handle a fast-paced environment
25-30 hours a week with the potential for full-time hours in the future.
