We are a rapidly growing cannabis company seeking 1-2 outstanding individuals to add to our grow and production team. We recently expanded our facility in Boulder and we are looking for an experienced gardener and a trimmer/harvester for our production team.
Gardener does not need to have management experience, just some garden experience.
Trimmer harvester can be entry-level.
SPECIFICS:
⢠Full time --- 40 hours available, 5 days a week, week days only M-F, 7am-5pm
⢠Salary --- We offer an attractive compensation and benefits package with ample opportunities for growth and upward potential throughout all of our facilities. Starting salary will be decided after a paid trial working day(s) depending on knowledge, experience, proficiency, speed, and accuracy. Raises and reviews are offered after 90 days, 6 months after your initial review, and annually. Typically, $1+ raises are given at each review period.

⢠Cultivation facility is located in Boulder - reliable transportation required.

HARVEST/TRIM JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work at our harvest table with a full-time and long-term team by your side. Great atmosphere and people. We are willing to train the right candidate that is hard working with a great attitude but experience is preferred. If you have limited experience growing but you want a foot in the door this is the best way to prove yourself to our cultivation team. Trimmers are expected to efficiently and accurately hand-trim Cannabis flowers both wet and dry.
DAILY DUTIES:
⢠Process cannabis with quality and efficiency, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies and procedures.
⢠Work with Grow department to execute harvests.
⢠Accomplish all flower processes post-harvest â dry, cure, trim â and prepare product for sale or transfer.
⢠Individuals are expected to produce 2 to 4 pounds of trimmed flower per 8 hour shift.
⢠Acquire knowledge of strains, Metrc basics, and state regulations.
⢠Competently follow directions from supervisor(s).
⢠Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support overall company needs.
⢠Maintain a safe, clean working environment that adheres to the companyâs safety program to ensure quality of product is being met.

GARDENER JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work in our recently expanded, state of the art commercial grow facility with an awesome and long-term team by your side. Great atmosphere and people. We are willing to train the right candidate that is hard working with a great attitude but garden experience is preferred. It does not need to be Cannabis growing experience. Most importantly you follow instructions and are reliable and trustworthy.
DAILY DUTIES:
⢠Plant, clone, prune, mix dirt, feed, water, and maintain plant health.
⢠Acquire knowledge of strains, Metrc basics, and state regulations.
⢠Competently follow directions from supervisor(s).
⢠Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support overall company needs.
⢠Maintain a safe, clean working environment that adheres to the companyâs safety program to ensure quality of product is being met.
