Looking to hire 2 experienced fence installers $20-30hr based on your experience and performance. Don’t try to bull shit me about your skill set. It’s obvious when people aren’t honest, it shows on site. Willing to train and get you up to speed, but ultimately trying to find a couple more crew leaders. Drivers license isn’t required but it’s a plus. Pay is weekly and is a 1099 position. I don’t withhold taxes that’s up to you as an independent contractor. We typically work 7am to 5pm or later, so the goes are long. The more experience you have the less labor there is but it’s a tough job. Weekend work is available but is almost never required.
