Green Landscape Solutions is hiring landscape crew members to work with our construction teams building beautiful landscapes. We are looking for dependable, hard working, intelligent and resourceful workers who have reliable transportation to and from the job site.
What do we offer. well let me tell you. We offer a base starting rate of $17.65 per hour plus PTO, paid holidays, Simple IRA retirement plan with a 3% company match and a health insurance. 1. No previous construction experience needed.
2. Legal documentation to verify employment eligibility.
3. Physically able to handle the work load and have full range of mobility in upper and lower body.
4. Able to lift 50 pounds without assistance.
5. Able to do heavy physical work outside in varying weather conditions year round.
6. Have reliable transportation to/from work.
7. Able to work in a culturally diverse team.
Our crews are primarily Spanish speaking, so it is helpful if you speak some Spanish but it is not necessary.
