Native Edge Landscapes is seeking a year round Landscape Maintenance Foreman to:
-Ensure assigned crew members are clocked in/out on mobile devices (including job codes) everyday.
-Ensure assigned crew members’ clothing is safe, professional and meets Company standards.
-Make sure everyone is working safe and participate in safety talks.
-Train and direct crew members to meet quality, efficiency, safety and customer service standards. Lead by example when performing the work of a crew member.
-Train crew members in safe operation of tools and equipment. Ensure crew members do not operate tools or equipment they are not familiar with or have not received training for.
-Communicate recommendations for disciplinary action to supervisor when applicable.
-Participate in performance reviews and employee assessment activities as requested by Supervisor.
-Lead safety talks and cascade company messages as requested by Supervisor.Requirements
-At least 2 years experience in Landscape Maintenance
-Experience leading a crew
-Ability to perform physical work along side the crew
-Ability to work in hot temperatures
-Valid Colorado Driver's License with good driving record
-Good interpersonal skills and communication in English
-Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus!

-Low season work (Dec - March) depends upon job performance, tenure and weather. Higher pay rate for snow work depending on role and responsibilities.
