We are looking to hire full time lawn maintenance crew leaders. Work includes managing a small crew, operating equipment, assigning work tasks, maintaining work logs, monitoring work quality and schedules. The criteria below is a guideline for staff and management to communicate a vision of mutual success and advancement for both the individual and the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead crew and participate in performing complete lawn maintenance tasks such as: mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, debris pick up, ect.
Driving a truck and trailer
Keeping complete and accurate time records of each job and all crew members
Ability to operate various types of mowers, trimmers, edgers.
Requirements
Must have a valid driverâs license and be in good standing
Must have 2+ years of grounds maintenance experience
Must have 2+ years of foreman/crew leader experience
Ability to lead and direct others
Ability to independently complete jobs on time and on a budget
Ability to submit all paperwork (either on paper or electronically) according to required timelines and with complete and proper information
Starting Pay
Starting pay as a grounds maintenance foreman shall range from: $16.00/hour - $20.00/hour
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 to $21.00 /hour
