We are looking for an experienced groundskeeper or porter for our property management team. Candidate will rove between three properties so car and valid drivers license is needed. This will be from 12-4 each day Monday through Friday.
Duties to include: Pick up garbage, clean hallways, clean the laundry rooms, and groundskeeping to maintain curb appeal of property.
Please apply if you have a reliable vehicle, are ok with being outside in all kinds of weather, can lift 50lbs or more, are ok with being on your feet for long periods of time, and are looking for part time work.
