WHO WE NEED
A parts/repair tech comfortable with basic mechanical or electronic repair. This individual will be able to work both independently and as part of the larger Service Center team in order to fulfill job requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS
-Service, repair, and recondition FFL products onsite and locally
-Follow product testing standards
-Update and develop Salesforce Knowledge with solutions, SOPs and best practices for internal and external use
-Organize and maintain workspace/service-bay
-In-home delivery and repairs of massage chairs
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
-Valid driver's license
-Ability to individually lift 50 lbs. and team lift 300+ lbs.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Basic computer skills; Mac preferred, but PC okay
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
-Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
-Able to thrive in a team environment
-Experience with repairs and service of massage chairs or similar products a plus
Salesforce experience a plus
