Boulder, Colorado-based TH/RU (www.alwaysthru.com), a consultancy with variety of clients and investments focused on purpose ventures, marketing, impact and profitability, is looking for a Digital Ad and Community Manager with primary responsibility of supporting its most recent investment in The LIV Project (www.thelivproject), a creative collective aimed at turning the tide of youth suicide.

Like (RED) did for AIDS and Malaria, The LIV Project is focused on youth suicide (the leading cause of death for 15-29 globally and the US). Powered by creatives and creativity, The LIV Project make products, films, shows, ideas and more that encourages fearless communication for youth and families. Nearly 54% of those who die by suicide have no mental diagnosis prior. We need to get people talking.

The right candidate will focus on driving revenue through the sale of The LIV Project store’s products, award-winning film and lots more to come. While The LIV Project impact is social and for the good our culture, its ethos and environment is a start-up that drives on revenue (with profits back into more creative projects) and it can’t move fast enough. The LIV Project is backed by Hollywood players and award winners, as well as veteran creative agency and entrepreneur veterans. We are in growth mode. Our best days are ahead.

Here’s what the job entails:

The LIV Project e-commerce is built in on Shopify, which you must have 2 years or more experience. Responsibilities include implementing site design (we have in-house designers and creatives), development, app installs, product listings, collection page, funnel management, and on-going optimization. You’ll be managing a steady stream of apparel sales including t-shirts, long sleeves, sweatshirts, and more (again, design is not your responsibility). You’ll do on-going site management, design uploads (provided). You’ll respond to customer service requests, order updates/tracking, administering refunds and discounts. You’ll run Shopify COGS analysis, and contribute to regular P/L reports. You’ll implement photo and video ad creatives, and create and manage digital marketing campaigns on FB and Instagram at least.

You’ll integrate into The LIV Project MailChimp database (open to other platforms). You’ll manage abandon cart emails, post-purchase email sequences, and email sequence optimization.

You are entrepreneurial, data driven, team player, and willing to put in the time to get it right. At TH/RU, we are tight team of creatives, strategists, designers and operational specialists. We believe in rapid iteration. You must bring the spirit and skill set to this job.

Preferred 2+ years experience.

We are open to part-time as well as full-time contractor work.

The role can and will be remote in 2020, and likely beyond

Two-month probation. Project-fee contract. Rate based on experience. FTE available with success.
