Golden based manufacturer of precision robotic instruments is seeking skilled and motivated candidates for these positions:
1. CNC Lathe setup with dual-spindle combined (Y-axis programming a plus).
2. Mill setup person (4x Doosan mills with Fanuc controls)
3. Entry position running saw and operating mills and/or lathes.
We offer a clean work environment located in the foothills. Seeking long term employees. Jobs offer opportunity for advancement. Positions are for a four-day work week (Monday through Thursday, 6 am to 4 pm) paid half hour lunch, paid vacations, holidays, health insurance, sick pay, 401k. Occasional overtime. Competitive wage is based on experience.
Entry Level:
You will be responsible for the helping in the production of precision machined components. Prior warehouse or production experience preferred but not needed. Duties include operating automatic saw, running CnC equipment alongside senior machinists, light equipment maintenance, cleaning/packaging finished product.
This is an entry level production opening with no experience needed, we will train!
Mill and Lathe Setup Personnel Requirements:
Ability to read technical drawings, diagrams, schematics.
Must have own basic tools Calipers, Dial Indicators and 0-1 Micrometers.
Quality Experience with the ability to verify part to print.
Proficient at setting up jobs efficiently and accurately.
Other Requirements:
Team Oriented.
Run multiple machines at the same time.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Communication skills, both written and verbal a plus.
Good work attendance history.
Ability to frequently stand, walk, reach within hand's/arm's length, stoop, kneel, crouch.
Ability to lift and/or move 20 lbs. on a regularly basis.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
