Production Scheduling – Updating and maintain a detailed build schedule for products in-build. Schedule usage of production materials to ensure optimal production levels. Monitor material supply flow and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage. Manage deadlines based on project expectations.

Incoming Inspection – Inspects and approves incoming materials by visually confirming specifications match drawings. Communicates required adjustments to production supervisor. Follows process to identify and forward all materials that require further inspection to the appropriate location.

Receiving – Accepts and signs for deliveries from vendors, opens boxes and inspects contents of shipments. Checks shipping invoice to ensure all items are accounted for. Accurately receives items into ERP system. Tag and shelve delivery items in a timely manner. Processes returns for any defective or incorrect items daily as needed. Scan and file all receipt of delivery paperwork daily.

Purchasing Support - Weekly inventory of Kitchen, Kanban and office supplies is required. These orders should be placed on an as needed basis. Requests from staff for specific items should be held and sent with the weekly order as needed.

Reporting Research – Weekly reports are pulled and assigned for research and correction. These reports require completion within the week they are assigned. Reports may vary per the needs of the department and business.

Parts Kitting – Generate work order pick lists and kit parts as needed to build in accordance with the schedule. Run regular shortage reports and prioritize addressing shortages in accordance with the build schedule. Issue additional parts as needed for builds and service.
