We are currently looking for a proactive, organized professional to join us supporting our client success efforts. This is a great opportunity for a well-organized person who enjoys handling a wide variety of job responsibilities (multi-tasking is a must for this position) including interacting with advertisers via phone and email on a regular basis.
This position assists the publisher and sales staff to coordinate ad materials, work with advertising clients to insure on-time and high-quality media placements, maintain contact and billing information, and a wide assortment of other duties. The right candidate has initiative and handles projects with little supervision while working under strict deadlines.
Successful candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with great attention to detail and a solid understanding of the Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and Outlook). Understanding of publishing, advertising and/or sales support is a plus. Experience working in a CRM system is a plus. Great opportunity to work with a dynamic publishing team that loves success!
