We are looking for an outgoing, responsible and dependable individual to help run the front desk at Mindful Family Medicine. Our practice consists of a Pediatrician, a Physician Assistant and a Nutrition Counselor.
Our office is a small but busy medical practice. The ideal candidate for this position has a positive, whatever-it-takes attitude and the ability to switch gears quickly and frequently. As the first person who our patients interact with, the receptionist offers the opening opportunity for a positive patient experience. A caring, cheerful, “people-person” disposition is a must!
THIS IS A PART TIME POSITION - 2 OR 3 DAYS PER WEEK
Our office is open Monday-Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM. Must be available to work as early as 8:30 AM and as late as 6:00 PM. Exact hours will be determined as the interview process advances.
Salary starting at $14.50/hour and based on relevant past experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:
- Answering phones & scheduling appointments
- Collect patient payments
- Inventory & ordering of nutritional supplements, office, and medical supplies
- Maintaining & creating medical records and patient contacts
- Regular daily cleaning
- Supporting the needs of our patients, doctor and other healthcare staff
- Working on office projects as required, including keeping office manual current
