Small, fun, high energy, property management company in Boulder is seeking a part-time assistant property manager. Approx. 15-20 hours a week (3-4 days) with flexibility. General office hours are 9-5, Mon-Fri. This position would work in the office as well as outside of the office, going to properties, meeting vendors, getting bids, etc. It also entails general office work - filing, emailing, phone calling, etc.
The right person would have an interest in property management or real estate. Having some knowledge of construction, building maintenance, and landscaping is a plus. This position could turn into full-time for the right person.
The right candidate:
Will be proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, Outlook
Will be able to learn new software programs quickly
Will be detail-oriented and super organized
Will have a willingness to learn new things
Will be a team player and have a positive attitude
Will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
Will have the ability to meet deadlines and work without supervision
Will be punctual, reliable, and dependable
