Position: Relocation Coordinator

The ideal candidate will bring a positive, upbeat, and friendly "can-do" attitude. Great customer service is the hallmark of our business so the ideal candidate will be skilled at delivering exceptional customer service that will delight our guests and exceed their expectations. You must be detailed and organized as you will be juggling a lot of tasks. Proficiency with Excel, Word, Social Media, property management software and/or hotel reservation software, and excellent email/written communication skills is a must. Experience in the corporate housing or extended stay hotel/hospitality business is a big plus!

Job description: Support the day to day overall operations of the corporate housing department. Work closely with the management team, leasing, and quality assurance team to support company goals and objectives. Below is a list of the most important, but not all inclusive, job duties that will be required.

Update Vacancy Availability Lists & Databases: Keeping property lists updated on a daily basis with current unit availability, move-ins, move-outs, rental rates, photos, property descriptions, and more.

Marketing/Advertising Support: Updating advertising platforms and monitor advertisements on a daily basis to ensure accurate postings.

Coordinate Lease Signings: Facilitate the completion of lease documents and addendums with tenants and properties. Ensure proper documentation of lease terms in company databases and filing systems.

Coordinate Unit Acquisitions and Dispositions: Coordinate "new set-ups" and "break-downs" of furnished apartment rentals.

Schedule Services: Schedule services for corporate units including: utilities, cable, internet, furniture, housekeeping, vendors, maintenance and repairs.

Leasing Support: Assist when necessary with leasing of the properties. Answering phone calls, responding to leads, sending emails to prospects, and showing properties as necessary to close leases.

Customer Service: Follow up with customers on service requests, ensure that guests have the property check-in and check-out procedures, monitor guest surveys, and work to enhance overall guest experience.
