Job Opportunity
A retail cannabis store in Nederland is accepting employment applications for an experienced budtender position. The role requires 3-4 shifts per week (24-40 hours). The ideal candidate enjoys working independently and is committed to demonstrating consistency/dependability through their work.
About the Position
Customer orders are taken & fulfilled over the counter from behind a clear plexiglass divider. In addition to fulfilling orders, this role is also responsible for a limited set of administrative and operational tasks, including generating and filing reports, receiving deliveries, keeping records, following inventory management guidelines, and other light projects.
Required Qualifications
-1+ year(s) bud-tending experience
-1+ year(s) ID-checking experience
-Valid MED Occupational Badge
-Knowledge of Colorado cannabis compliance principles and ability to convey them to others
-Experience handling office tasks
-Self-motivated; ability to work independently and proactively
-Excellent computer skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
-Access to reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
-Experienced with Flowhub point of sale software
-Any prior leadership experience
-Experience with the platform IHeartJane would be a plus
Compensation
$15/hr + tips
