The TrainingPeaksÂCoach Sales AssistantÂreports to the Sales Director and their responsibilities include researching and entering inbound leads to assist the Sales Rep, Sales Manager and Sales Director connection with coaches. The Sales Associate will also assist in helping customers when the time is appropriate. Their job duties will largely consist of data entry and research with the possibility of assisting customers if the workload requires it.
Once trained in sales,Âthe Sales Assistantâs ability to speak Portuguese will be utilized to assist our growing Portuguese speaking customer base. Once the Sales Assistant is up to speed, their job duties will then include phone calls and webinars, and they will be directly responsible for sales.
As Coach Sales Assistant, you will:
Input sales leads into CRM
Research and qualifying inbound online leads
Set tasks in salesforce CRM for Sales Rep, Sales Manager and Sales Director
Assist with phone calls to Portuguese speaking countries
Uses scheduling and conferencing tools to coordinate webinars to Portuguese speaking countries
Assists with sending transition emails to sold accounts
Perform other duties as assigned, including translations as needed
To be successful in this role, you possess:
Proven work experience in a customer service or administrative capacity
Competence as a user of the TrainingPeaks coach account
Ability to speak Portuguese fluently
Basic understanding of sales principles and/or customer service practices
Basic understanding of webinar software, scheduling and/or CRM software
Ability to educate and teach others a new product
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to articulate and demonstrateÂexcellent phone communication skills
*You areÂa self-starting multi-tasker, with a proven ability to take ownership of assignments while working closely (and well) with others in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Ideally, you also:
Have a Bachelorâs DegreeÂÂ
Possess Knowledge of ZenDesk
AreÂa certified coach in your sport (USAC, USAT, USTF, etc)
Have a passion for health, fitness, and endurance sports
