We are looking for what we call a "Trust-Based Sales Consultant", someone who has sales experience but who has a temperament and value system based on trust and integrity.â¨â¨
You don't have to have deep knowledge of car shipping, but you need to have a deep level of listening skills and empathy for others.â¨â¨
You are less of a "hunter" and more of a "farmer" in terms of nurturing sales relationships.â¨â¨
You have a low-key way about you, very centered and don't like the idea of using sales scripts, but instead, use natural language to allow the other person to feel comfortable telling you the truth of what's on their mind.â¨â¨
Your role will be speaking with potential customers who are researching our company because they need or are considering a car shipping service.â¨â¨
You'll be speaking to them to really understand their feedback about our service and to be there so they can share with you how their feeling about shipping their car. â¨â¨
We know that by being empathetic and having them feel comfortable telling you the truth, a good portion of those people will ship their car with us.â¨â¨
This is not a "hard-selling" position. This is relationship-building position for someone who loves creating relationships over the phone, is laser focused on helping the other person talk about their concerns and who has a natural way of building trust with others.â¨â¨
There will be a week of training here in Boulder, CO that covers our sales process and direction for how to handle the conversations in the most natural way possible.â¨â¨
You will then be working entirely from home, so it goes without saying, you should be a self-starter, don't need to be managed, a true professional and wanting to join a team that really and truly cares about their customers. This is also a straight commission job, so if flying without a net scares you, this is not the job for you.
