Join our front desk team and use your customer service and sales skills as you book and greet our therapeutic massage clients. You'll learn all about the benefits of regular massage and educate our clients on the Elements Wellness Program to sell memberships. Position can be part time or full time. We are looking to promote fast learners to lead roles.

You must be well spoken, friendly and have a professional appearance. If you have hotel, restaurant, retail, customer service or sales experience, you'll easily be successful in this role!

Position Highlights:

The position 'matches' incoming clients to a Therapeutic Massage Therapist that fits their needs when they call to book an appointment.

This position welcomes and greets all of our guests as they enter our Therapeutic Massage Studio.

This position manages customer payment and check-out after the massage.

The primary goal for this position is seamless customer service, re-booking clients for their next appointment, and educating them about our wellness program (membership sales). Please find addition details below

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Wellness Membership Advisor (WMA) is directly responsible for client conversions and coordinating front desk operations. The WMA is responsible for client conversions in order to meet studio goals to ensure growth and profitability through the sales of:

Memberships to the Wellness Program

Packages

Gift Cards

Additional Visits (Rebooking)

Longer appointment sessions and add-on services

The WMA is responsible for adhering to established "Service Path" procedures and processes to ensure a flawless "Elements Experience" including, but not limited to:

Greeting every client with a smile.

Creating a calm environment.

Answering phones professionally and converting phone calls into appointments.

Demonstrating complete knowledge of our massage model, therapist skill levels and price structure.

Matching clients and therapists correctly based on our level system and client's problem areas.

Mastering Mindbody Online through accurate scheduling and completing the retail sales process.

Addressing emergency scheduling issues quickly and professionally.

Facilities Management, including but not limited to, hourly studio checks to ensure massage rooms and restrooms are clean and properly stocked.

Completing tasks by deadlines as assigned by supervisor. (Example: Communicating with members and clients that have not visited the studio in the past 45 days with the goal of scheduling their next appointment.)
