ÂWe are seeking a Code welder for our client in Evans. This is a temp to hire position that pays $22-28/hr based on experience.Qualified candidates will have at least 3 years of experience.Job Duties:Plans,lay outs,assembles, install metal parts equipment and products according to company specs, and blue prints.Position requires a wide range of welding skills including light tacking to heavy flat, up weld, and overhead weld according to ASME Codes.Operates a variety of power tools including saws, grinders, welders and overhead cranes.ÂCuts and/orÂjoins metal parts in order to fabricate or repair equipment using toolsÂsuch as a plasmaWill be requiredÂtoÂwork with eitherÂsteel, aluminum, or stainless steel, asÂwell as other metals.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent or attaining GED within the first 12 months of employment is required.Successfully pass a 3G plate test and 6G welding test.Read and follow blue prints.Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.3 years minimum of related experience.ÂMust have own Metatarsal Boots or willing to purchase a pair.Proficient ASME CodeÂWelder /ÂMIG weldingApply today for immediate consideration!ÂÂ
