Family owned and operated excavation company is looking for a few heavy equipment operators with 2+ years of experience operating skidsteers, mini-excavators, front end loaders, backhoes and/or excavators.
Applicant must:
- Have a valid driverâs license (no DUI within 3 years) and clean driving record
- Be willing to work as a team and act as a laborer as needed
- Be able to lift 50+ lbs
- Pass a drug test
- Be safety oriented and self-motivated, as well as possess logical decision-making skills
Weâre happy to train, please just be honest with your experience. Field knowledge and experience in footings/basement excavations and pipe installation work is a huge plus.
The crew generally works 50 hours per week, but weekends and additional overtime are available for those interested.
Pay is based on experience, and will range from $23 - $35/hour. We also have Davis-Bacon wage jobs which will warrant a higher wage for those projects. Employees are eligible to receive paid time off, paid holidays, health insurance, life insurance, Aflac, and matching Simple IRA retirement. At this time, we pay for half of the cost of employee health insurance, make Health Savings Account contributions, 100% of life insurance, and match up to 3% of IRA for eligible employees.
