We are seeking a Lead Installer to become a part of our team! You will manage and oversee deliveries and installation of custom cabinetry, built-ins, and furniture as well as trim carpentry.
Responsibilities:
Exemplary communication with our team and clients
Schedule, initiate and manage through completion the installation of all types of custom woodwork in various applications
Follow staging, delivery, and installation procedures
Maintain a safe and clean work environment and job site
Track all equipment and supplies
Requirements:
Utmost integrity and professionalism
Previous experience in installation, trim work, and carpentry at a high end and luxury level
Knowledge of high end and luxury woodworking standards
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing and other trades that often interact with our projects
Above average knowledge and experience with woodworking tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to work well in teams and to mobilize others
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and think on the fly
