Custom Solar is an established Boulder Solar PV Company seeking lead installer. This position will work with crew of 2-6 installers on commercial and residential solar projects. Previous Solar Experience a must.
Job Requirements:
– Clean driving record - Applicants who cannot be added to our insurance to operate our fleet will not be considered
– Previous experience in solar industry
– Physically fit able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout work day
– Own your own hand tools
– Reliable transportation
– Able to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures
– Professional appearance
Preferred Qualifications:
– NABCEP
– Previous electrical knowledge
– Roofing knowledge
– Technical Solar/Construction training
– OSHA training
