Large property management company is seeking a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (Full Time) for its apartment community located in Broomfield, Colorado. Our company is currently expanding, so skillful and successful technicians have a clear opportunity for career growth.
Responsibilities:
Complete assigned service requests related to:
- Plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, electrical, appliances, flooring, painting, drywall and other general property maintenance and repairs. Ability to maintain pool operations is a plus.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one to two years of related experience and/or training
-Pass a pre-employment background check and a pre-employment drug screening.
- A clear driving record including a valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation
- Be available for occasional overtime duty/shared on-call responsibilities.
- HVAC and/or pool operation certifications are a plus, but are not required.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills and be a team player working with other maintenance staff.
